Hraparak
Armenia's most-read news site was crashing during breaking news events — exactly when it needed to be up most.
01
What I Built
Found the bottlenecks and fixed them: ISR for edge caching, bundle splitting, image optimization, font loading. No new infrastructure — just using what was there correctly.
02
Project Results
From crashing at 4,000 concurrent users to handling 12,000+ without going down. Three weeks after the fixes, a major political event hit. The site stayed live.
