Looking for a
White-Label Developer for Agencies
serving Remote Teams?
Senior-level development delivered under your brand. I work in your repo, follow your conventions, and stay completely invisible to your clients — you ship, I build.
I've worked remotely since 2021, independently and as part of a NY-based product team, with clients in Armenia, Russia, Europe and the US. The way I work is the same wherever you are: a written spec approved before work starts, written progress updates and short Loom walkthroughs as I go, all code in your Git repository with a clear history, and one person — me — from start to finish. No calls are required; if you prefer a short intro call before we start, that's fine too. Yerevan is GMT+4, so European teams get updates at the start of their day and US East Coast teams have a few hours of overlap.

Why Hire Me
When your agency is overloaded on a sprint or needs a specialist for a specific feature, hiring a full-time engineer is too slow and too expensive. That is where I fit. I plug in as a silent engineer: I sign your NDA before touching a single file, work in your GitHub or GitLab with your branch naming conventions, follow your PR review process, and never communicate directly with your client. I've worked this way inside other teams' codebases: building features, fixing performance issues and delivering whole projects under someone else's brand. The client sees your logo. I do the work. My stack covers the full range of what modern agencies need: Next.js and React for frontend work, Laravel for backend systems, Go for performance-critical services, and AI integrations if needed. I am available for hourly work at $60–80/hr or fixed-price packages starting at $3,500 for scoped projects. Most engagements start within a week of the initial discussion.
Common Questions
How do you handle confidentiality for white-label work?
NDA on day one, no exceptions. White-label work never appears publicly — not in my portfolio (it shows direct-client projects only), not on LinkedIn, not on public GitHub. My contribution graph shows work, but not where. If you need a specific confidentiality clause about not working with your competitors, I am open to discussing that in the agreement.
What if my client asks who built part of the project?
I never interact with your clients directly. All communication goes through you. If asked, you tell them it was your team — because from the client's perspective, it was. I have no interest in building a relationship with your clients or poaching them.
Do you work hourly or on fixed-price projects?
Both. For ongoing overflow work — extra sprint capacity, bug fixes, feature additions — hourly at $60–80/hr depending on scope and complexity. For defined projects with a clear spec, I prefer fixed-price so you can budget predictably. I require 50% upfront for fixed-price work and the remainder on delivery.
