Looking for a
Next.js & React Architect
serving Remote Teams?
Fast, SEO-friendly web apps built with Next.js. Server Components, ISR, App Router, and interfaces that score well on Core Web Vitals.
I've worked remotely since 2021, independently and as part of a NY-based product team, with clients in Armenia, Russia, Europe and the US. The way I work is the same wherever you are: a written spec approved before work starts, written progress updates and short Loom walkthroughs as I go, all code in your Git repository with a clear history, and one person — me — from start to finish. No calls are required; if you prefer a short intro call before we start, that's fine too. Yerevan is GMT+4, so European teams get updates at the start of their day and US East Coast teams have a few hours of overlap.

Why Hire Me
I have shipped Next.js apps from simple marketing sites to high-traffic news platforms handling 10,000+ concurrent users. I understand the full rendering model — when to use SSG, ISR, SSR, or React Server Components — and how those choices affect your Lighthouse score, Time to First Byte, and Google Core Web Vitals. You get a site that is fast for users and visible to search engines from day one. I work with the App Router exclusively on new projects. I have built real-time dashboards with live WebSocket updates, e-commerce storefronts with cart and checkout, SaaS platforms with multi-tenant auth, and content sites with thousands of pages generated at build time. On the performance side, I use bundle analysis, route-level code splitting, next/image for automatic format conversion and lazy loading, and ISR for pages that need to stay current without blocking build time. If you have an existing slow Next.js app, I can audit it and give you a ranked list of fixes with expected impact before touching a line of code.

Common Questions
Should I use Next.js App Router or Pages Router in 2026?
App Router for all new projects. It unlocks React Server Components, streaming with Suspense, and significantly better caching primitives. The mental model is different from Pages Router, but the performance ceiling is much higher. I have built production apps on both and can guide your team through the transition if you are migrating.
How do you handle SEO in a Next.js application?
I implement structured data (JSON-LD) for each page type, dynamic metadata exports per route, proper canonical URLs, programmatic sitemaps, and hreflang for multi-region sites. For content-heavy sites I use ISR so pages are pre-rendered for crawlers but still update when data changes — without requiring a full rebuild.
Can you optimize an existing slow Next.js app?
Yes. My standard audit covers: bundle analysis with @next/bundle-analyzer to find large dependencies, image optimization with next/image, route-level code splitting, RSC migration for server-heavy components, and ISR or full-page caching for pages that don't need real-time data. Most apps I audit have 2–3 issues causing the majority of slowness.
